Shipping Policy

Please note a 7 day pre-order time is required.

I deliver to various locations within the South Lakes including:

Sedbergh, Dent, Kirkby Lonsdale, Grange, Lindale, Cartmel, Ambleside, Grasmere, Troutbeck, Windermere, Bowness-on-Windermere.

If your preferred location is not on this list, please call me on 0790 884 6324 and I will let you know if I can accommodate your request.

Deliveries are available from Monday to Saturday. Deliveries are normally made between 9am and 6pm although I cannot specify the time we will arrive. 

To ensure a successful delivery, please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete. If applicable, please provide additional delivery instructions to help the delivery driver to find the recipient’s address and/or a telephone number.

In the winter months and in adverse weather conditions (such as heavy snow, ice, flooding or high winds), I may not be able to delivery orders on time. This is outside of my control and I cannot accept responsibility for the late delivery of the order. 

Return & Exchange Policy

You can buy with confidence - if you're unhappy with your floral arrangement I will offer you a refund. 

I reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, I will refund or cancel any payments received via the payment method used to place the order.

Changes to your order

If you wish to change your order, please call us as soon as you can on 07908846324. I'll always do my best to make last-minute changes for you, but Ican only guarantee changes (including to the delivery address and card message) requested at least 24 hours before delivery.

For peak season (Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day), I'me unable to guarantee to accept changes to orders within 72 hours of the intended delivery date.

Cancelling your order

Being a mobile florist, I order my stock from the wholesalers once a week. Unfortunately once an order is placed with the wholesalers I will not be able to cancel your order. I am happy to offer a voucher for you to use at another time.

Please Note that due to the seasonal availability of flowers & foliage’s it is not always possible to replicate the images shown and on occasions substitutions may be made. I will always ensure that the quality & value is the same and you will be informed if there are substantial changes required at which point you can decide if you wish to go ahead with your order.
